Situated halfway between Nelson and The Abel Tasman National Park, Kina Beach is a quiet seaside community yet shops and cafes are only minutes away.
Motueka township is 10 minutes drive with 2 large supermarkets and all the other facilities you could possibly need. Mapua is only 10 minutes in the other direction with Boutique Breweries, Art and Craft shops and Restaurants overlooking the harbour.
Perfectly positioned for visiting both Nelson and The Abel Tasman National Park, famous for its great walks and stunning scenery. Kayaking and walking is the popular way to see the park, but for the slightly less energetic, take a boat trip instead.
The Tasman cycle trail is at the end of the road and Kina has 2 vineyards with tasting rooms to visit.
The challenging Tasman Golf Club, 1km past the gate, welcomes visitors. Not a golfer..... its worth the walk or drive, for the stunning views over Tasman bay and the bar might be open!
